With over 16 years of sound legal experience, Mahendra
Mahason's experience and credibility include of having
represented clients in all tiers of the Malaysian judiciary
systems with numerous high profile cases that have
received commendation in the legal world.
Having graduated with an LL.B (Honours) from the
University of London in 1998, Mahendra Mahason
proceeded to obtain his Certificate in Legal Practice from
the Malaysian Legal Profession Qualifying Board. He was
then admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2001 and began his
legal career thereafter as a practicing Advocate & Solicitor.
Mahendra Mahason also went on to complete his Masters
in Business Administration.
M. Mahendra & Co was established in 2012, and have
been making our name known in the legal world. Working
within an alliance of local and international legal partners
has enabled us to successfully represent cases and clients
both locally and internationally.
The audacious manner in which we conduct our cases had
led us to establish sound collaborations with other partner
firms in cases including Civil and Criminal Laws involving
Contractual, Commercial and Land Laws, Criminal Law and
Procedures as well as Arbitration.
